FCPS General information
FCPS (Fellow of college of Physicians and Surgeons) is the highest degree of a medical subject in Pakistan. It is awarded by College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan and is recognized worldwide.
It is awarded un many specialties like Medicine, Surgery, Gynae, Paeds, Psychiatry to name the few.
FCPS is a two part exam i.e FCPS part-1 and FCPS part-2.
FCPS part-1 consists of basic medical science subjects ie. Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, biochemistry, microbiology, pharmacology, immunology.
FCPS part-2 can be taken after completing the requirement which is four year specialty training after FCPS part-1. It consists of only specialty subjects.
Right now extensive FCPS part-1 courses are being conducted online by our institute. FCPS part-2 courses will be started shortly.
The online classes are individually based, just like one to one teacher student.
Ask as many question as you want during class. Questions are actually encouraged during the class. Tests, MCQS and discussions and regularly done.
The duration of course depends upon students pace. All subjects may be completed with in three months, or they may take longer.
The classes are held on alternate days (three times a week), with duration of two hours per class.
You only need a computer with web cam and headphone and a fast net connection. Just be online at the prescribed time and here you go.
